Reason
- The contacts filter settings result in some of the contacts are hidden.
Solutions
Inspect and modify the filter settings
- Select all the check boxes, the default setting displays only the contacts included in the group "Contacts".
- For local contacts in the phone, you may need to go to the "All Contacts" group. Choose them, add them to the "Contacts" group. This allows them to appear in the "Contacts" tab.
